Individual Psychotherapy

I specialize in sexual health & empowerment, nature based mindfulness, embodiment, stress management and trauma. At this time I am only seeing individuals 14 and older.

I utilize interventions from Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST), Strengths Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I integrate embodiment practices including mindfulness training, breathwork and somatic experiencing techniques to facilitate exploration around nervous system function.

Outdoor Psychotherapy

Outdoor psychotherapy can enhance the treatment process by providing experiential therapy in Nature. Before we begin, we will start with virtual psychotherapy sessions to evaluate whether an outdoor environment is suitable for you.

During these sessions, we’ll review the benefits and risks, address safety concerns, and explore your current relationship with Nature. This will help you make an informed decision and provide your consent to engage in outdoor psychotherapy based on the information shared.

Relationship Psychotherapy

Relationship psychotherapy can provide a space to gain insight around navigating mindfulness, nervous system activation and stress management in the context of navigating interactions with others. I am LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and Poly-affirming. Relationship psychotherapy sessions can include couples, multiple partners, and family members.

Good Faith Estimate

*effective January, 2022

As part of the No Surprises Act, individuals who use self pay for services are entitled to a good faith estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019.
